Happy Birthday to ME!!

I had a Fun Birthday this year!  I spent the Day with my Hunny.  Then we came home with Take out and had dinner and Movie with My Family!  the Kids with Uncle Mikey, cleaned my kitchen all sparkly and new and Lizzie baked a Strawberry Vanilla Cake with homemade Chocolate Frosting!!  YUMmmmmm  Life is Good!

Museum Tour

This last week we went to the Dinosaur Museum with our friends the Howards.  we got a special treat when Steve was able to give us a behind the scene tour!  he does the lights at the Museum for the city of Mesa and got special permission.  :)  so Fun for the kids!!

Fun at the Lake

We visited the lake a couple of times so far with our good friends.  Life is sweeter with friends.  and we're so grateful for time we have together on a beautiful day.  Kids had a blast and its always good to hang out in nature from time to time.  ;)

Grass Grass Beautiful Grass!

After 2 years and a lot of dirt being tracked into my kitchen.  Steve spent the last few weeks prepping the backyard, and today with his 2 good friends, Cole and Terrance, laid Beautiful green grass in our back yard!!  Its stunning and made me teary eyed. Living here in Az. can get pretty brown. brown dirt, rocks,even the houses are all shades of brown.  So to look out my back window and see the wonderful green is truly breath taking for me!  Cant wait till we get to really play on it!  Thank you again Hunny for the wonderful treat!  I love you!

Katie Jo Reads

Katie Jo's baby doll was feeling 'sick'  so she bundled her up in her very own silky and pulled up a chair to read her a favorite story.... yea, pretty much the cutest thing I've seen in a while.  :)

Sparkler Fun!

Daddy pulled out the Sparklers. Uncle Mikey pulled out the Fancy Camera moves and the kids supplied the fun!

Lizzie's Castle!

Last school project of the year for Lizzie was Castles and catapults.  Steve and Uncle Mikey were so hoping she would pick Catapult, but no such hope/.  ;)  Lizzie chose the Castle and it came out pretty good too.  (for a last minute project!)

Perfection.....

I finally got my Camera again so now it is time to update...again!  :)  Steve has been working and searching to make the 'perfect chocolate chip cookie'.  We have had to suffer through the not so perfect batches.  Yeah i know, its been rough. ;) But he has finally done it!  the perfect Cookie.  he made it a second time to make sure, and yep it was that good.
