Its finally here!! The rain that is, Its been a long while since last we wet this part of the earth. Oh we have been promised rain, and have seen it over the horizon for the others, but nothing for us, not a drip. Today however, we got it, and tons of it too! It never last long and almost all evidence disappears almost as fast as it came, but if you havent't seen an Arizona Monsoon, its amazing. Mass amounts of water in about 10 minutes. So much fun when its been so hot! I let the big kids outside and then I brought Jo. The hardest part is getting them back in again!

All Moved In!!
Well sort of... I mean are we ever really moved in? Its a never ending task I swear! I packed everything before the 'big move' and brought that over early so the Friends that came to help only had to do the big stuff and not too much time away from their families. But when all the big stuff left, all this other stuff was there! I mean its like my stuff made more stuff! How is that even possible? when I make a dent here I go back to clean there, and fill another Van full of "stuff" seriously, how much 'stuff' do you really need? Today though, I think I am finally done. whats left is garbage bags and DI bags. and now I can concentrate on this place and getting rid of more 'stuff'. Any body need any 'stuff'? I got plenty!

Big Move!

What a tremendous blessing to know that when you need help, there are people who are willing to sweat and strain in 110* weather to help you move. thanks to some wonderful friends who came at 6am, we got everything over to the new house. it was quite a production and they worked so hard. For some,it wasnt all work and no play though, we did have a bean bag race down the hall, and the couch 'comfortness' was tested properly. ;) We are so grateful for all their help and efforts. And thank you to their families who had to go without Daddy for a Saturday morning. It was so wonderful to feel so much love.

Another day in the Move of Sue ( and Family)
A while Back you may remember the cool shed Uncle Mikey built for us. Well we of course wanted to take it with us. So Mikey Jacked it up, built and axle, nailed on a handle and Down the street it went. Oddly enough very few people stopped to stare... Of course the fact that it's 115* today might have been a factor!

We're on the Move!
as Most of you already know, We have been fighting a very long Battle with the bank to save our Home. This last Dec. we lost the battle. It has been hard, and scary at times, but its just a house and we have felt our Heavenly Fathers hand with us through it all. My Father in law was able to help us to get another home. and even though its been a long journey, we ended up 10 doors down on the same street! Crazy world. We are grateful that the kids wont have to have any big changes and we can stay with our wonderful ward family. Our dear friends came to help us get it cleaned up and ready to drag our stuff over. Next week, the Big Move - down the street! Where's Jo's Wagon?
You know, a good thing about Arizona, No Child Labor Laws! Sweet.

Sef Serve Breakfast!
I know I have been trying to get my kids to be more independent, but i think this might be pushin it.

Today was a slow morning and poor Jo just couldnt wait for breakfast and decided to make her own. Water from the cooler and a handful of fruity pebbles from a box left on the table. Poor little thing, but she was super proud! I couldn't take it away, so we just 'switched' it to cereal with milk and let her finish.
