New Years Eve found us in the emergency with Jimmy. One of his 'manly parts' was very swollen. He told us it happens every once in a while, but that it hurt more then usual this time. hello! So Off to emergency we went. the doc decided it was a testicle hernia. everyone say ouch! It took a while for the specialist and the insurance people to come together, but today we had his surgery. It went well. The Doc said it was thicker then he was expecting, meaning Jimmy had it for a very long time. But all is well. They were wonderful there at Cardin's. They tried really hard to make it special for him. He got to decorate his own mask and add Yummy smells to it. he got a cool surgery hat to keep as well. He has an incision about 2 inches long right above his left 'personal area'. He is doing good. We are so thankful for the Doctors, the medications, and for our Heavenly Father and his blessings on our family.

glad Jimmy is doing well!! surgery is always so scary! at least to me... He looked like he was very brave. :)
Recover quickliy Jimmy, glad surgery went well. I can not believe it took so long! Poor guy.
we prayed for jimmy! i asked him on the way to bbll if he was ok to practice and he was..of course..just hurts a little now! what a true trooper!
