Today our sweet little Katie Jo Marie had her first birthday. The time has gone by so quickly, and we are so grateful she came into our lives. We celebrated yesterday with all the family here surrounding her in love and it was nice. When the time came, She loved everyone singing to her. Her birthday cake was my attempt at a pumpkin shaped cake made with Grandma Elizabeth's special Cream Cheese frosting dyed bright orange with devils food for Grandma Jo. I wish they could have been here. We have been humbled by her sweet spirit, joyous smile and laughter. She has helped us to remember whats really important in this life. I thank my Heavenly Father for my sweet angel. I wish I could figure out how to share more pics with explanations oh well. Two are from her birthday party and then, her blessing and finally, 3 days old. Happy Birthday Jojo Bean. We Love You!

No sir. Already? It seems like she was only born yesterday. It's just not fair how fast that first year goes. She looks so happy being sung too. So sweet! Love the pumpkin cake too!
Happy Birthday sweet girl! She is precious...and boy do they keep us entertained at this age, or what? It sounds like you guys had fun....and tell the truth Sue...did you cry? Just curious. I think that is why you and I get along so well, we are both always laughing, crying, or some other emotional display (we won't mention the others) :)
